Roles and Responsibilities:
The successful HR Business Partner will be commercially minded, interacting on a regular basis with variouskey internal stakeholders at all levels ensuring the HR service they providegenuinely adds value to the business. As the business looks ahead, the HRBusiness Partner will be incredibly important in driving a positive companyculture across a range of teams, as the organisation continues to grow.
Key Duties
Advise andcoaching the leadership team to develop people management skills across thebusiness
Handlingall employee relations cases in a competent and professional manner
Managingthe daily HR activity and supporting other HR team members
Develop andimprove the existing HR processes to continually add value to the business
Ensuringonboarding and offboarding activities are correctly carried out in line withthe organisation's standards and accurately forwarded to payroll.
Policydevelopment and implementation in line with operational requirements
Assuringthe company complies to all legal and or local employment law policies,procedures, and practices, including customer auditing
Assist theRecruitment Business Partner at all levels: from staffing levels in the plantand top management recruitments, focus on long-term planning and less onreactive actions
Act as a rolemodel of Company values
Essential Criteria
- A passion for HR excellence, fully demonstrated by a proven track record in a previous organisation
- Minimum of 3-4 years previous HR Business Partner level experience or able to demonstrate having a proven comparable HR record
- Qualification in relevant Business / HR related discipline or Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development qualified
- The ability to plan and prioritise workload effectively within a fast-paced HR department
- A good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word and HR database skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to manage assigned tasks in an assertive, efficient and timely manner
- Confident individual with a proactive attitude
- Excellent Communicator, with HR team, Senior Management and Directors and with outside clientele
Significantrelevant HR experience in at least 4 of the following 5 areas:
- Managing Attendance
- Managing Grievance and/or Dignity at work cases
- Managing Disciplinary cases
- Developing HR Policy & Procedures
- Delivering HR projects in support of business objectives
