Hr Business Partner

Hillingdon Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust are looking for a new HR Business Partner. Be an integral member of the divisional senior management team and provide high quality strategic and operational workforce support to ensure best practice people management across the Trust.

Shifts: Full-Time, Hybrid (minimum 2 days onsite)
Location: Hillingdon Hospital, Uxbridge
Pay: £35 LTD p/h + £250 Welcome Bonus
Job Description:

• Lead the implementation of defined People Strategy objectives and contribute to the ongoing review and development of the Trust.
• Work with senior management teams to develop and implement workforce plans.
• Promote organizational development and change across the division, influencing Senior Leadership Teams and provide advice on complex people issues.
• Develop excellent working relationships with stakeholders and staff.
• Participate in the divisional budget setting process and cost efficiency schemes.

Requirements:

• Master's Qualification, or equivalent
• Chartered membership of CIPD
• Experience of operational and strategic HR achievement
