We are seeking a dedicated and creative Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to lead the review and enhancement of our HR processes and operational activities. This role is pivotal in ensuring a professional, customer-focused HR service across all levels of the organisation and is a key strategic partner in the development and delivery of our people plans and business goals.
Day to Day of the role:- Partner with managers to implement HR initiatives.
- Lead on Employee Relations cases,
- Influence and support managers throughout the employee lifecycle.
- Provide training, coaching, support organisational change.
- Analyse HR metrics to identify trends and collaborate on action plans for change.
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner with a strong foundation in HR practices.
- Ability to build strong working relationships and influence at a senior level.
- Resilient, self-motivated, and capable of managing ambiguity in a dynamic environment.
- Empathetic and supportive, balancing individual and business needs.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills with a broad knowledge of the employee lifecycle.
- Commercial acumen with an awareness of business, customer, and market pressures.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and facilitation skills with a passion for HR development.
- Integrity, confidentiality, and tact, with the ability to navigate difficult conversations and situations.
