In partnership with our senior leaders you will lead on the people implications of agreed priorities and proactively support, influence and challenge senior stakeholders to deliver people focused solutions. Working collaboratively with other HR teams you will also influence and develop people initiatives as well as influencing and driving organisational change. We are looking for a senior HR generalist who has proven experience of working in a complex environment. As a trusted advisor you will need to have the ability to influence and challenge at a senior level and experience of developing strong, collaborative relationships across an organisation.  You will need a good understanding of how people priorities link to business drivers as well as a sound knowledge of employment law and HR best practice.
