We are seeking a Junior HR Business Partner to join our SME organisation. This role offers a hybrid working model and reports directly into the Director. The ideal candidate will be proactive, with a strong understanding of HR practices and the ability to drive HR initiatives that support the business strategy.
**Due to the nature of the role, you must hold a CIPD Level 5 minimum & hold a full UK driving licence including have access to a car**
Day-to-day of the role:- Provide HR support and advice to managers and employees, ensuring HR policies and procedures are followed.
- Assist with the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems.
- Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads, and managing the hiring process.
- Create and implement effective onboarding plans.
- Develop training and development programs.
- Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues.
- Maintain employee records according to policy and legal requirements.
- Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance.
- Reporting and analytics on HR metrics.
- Must hold a CIPD Level 5 qualification.
- Full UK driving licence and access to a car.
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner, HR Advisor, or similar role with 5 years+ HR experience
- Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures.
- Good knowledge of employment/labour laws.
- Outstanding knowledge of MS Office; HRIS systems will be a plus.
- Excellent communication and people skills.
- Aptitude in problem-solving.
- Desire to work as a team with a results-driven approach.
