HR Business Partner
- 12 month FTC
- Salary: paying between £65,000 to £75000, potentially up £80,000
- City of London but must be able to travel to Southampton once a week
- ASAP start or max 1 month notice
Oakleaf Partnership is representing an innovative, collaborative, successful Asset Management Firm. This organisation is looking for an interim HRBP to cover a secondment. This is a partnership role, acting as a trusted advisor, and providing advice and guidance to add value to the business!
What is the role
You will be acting as a trusted advisor to your key stakeholders and will get involved in the entire employee life cycle. You will be contributing towards business strategy, helping to build capability, structure and processes. You will get involved with supporting, coaching, advising and influencing business leaders to increase engagement and performance. You will be responsible for ER issues, analysing employee trends, driving the annual salary and bonus review, preparing MI reports, providing analysis and insights as required. Candidate profile/Experience
- To apply you must have HRBP experience within Financial Services.
- Strong communication, influencing, stakeholder management skills and strong decision making skills
- Excellent problem solving skills and the ability to influence different business areas and management levels
- Demonstrate commerciality and a strong knowledge of Employment Law
- Demonstrate the use of your analytical skills to solve problems and identify solutions
- A motivated self-starter with the ability to adapt to different business needs
