Are you an experienced HR Business Partner with high emotional intelligence who would like to join a large, values-led organisation, that offers flexibility to be in charge of your own diary!

The Liberty RecruitmentGroup are delighted to be working exclusively with a brand-new Client in looking for a permanent HR Business Partner based in Winchester. This business has a very supportive and collaborative HR Team that you would be joining.

As a generalist HR professional, you will have the experience and confidence to take the lead on projects such as; workforce planning, change and organisation design and you will also come with consultation experience. This role will really provide the opportunity for the person to make positive changes and influence in the business!

The ideal candidate will be proactive, an excellent communicator, resilient and able to challenge, whilst fostering good relations. You will be comfortable working with numerous stakeholders across the business at all levels.

In return our client is offering a hybrid working arrangement (2 days working from home), a salary of up to £50k DOE, with benefits including; generous holiday entitlement - 35 days plus Christmas closure, company pension, discounted gym and nursery plus lots more!
