We re looking for a HR Business Partner to join our evolving and growing HR team in an organisation where we make choice possible. Reporting into the UK Deputy HR Manager, you will embody excellence as a role model within both our team and the wider organisation. Collaboration is key as you will work closely with key business stakeholders, serving as the trusted HR representative. Your responsibilities will include providing a proactive and efficient HR service, all whilst overseeing the day-to-day operations of our HR team.
To excel in this exciting HR Business Partner opportunity, you'll need to bring:
- Knowledge of reviewing and analysing quarterly and monthly KPI reports
- Experience in line management, guiding and supporting a dedicated team
- Expertise in handling and leading on Employee Relations cases
- Authority to liaise with all levels of stakeholders within the organisation
- The ability to confidently lead and navigate difficult conversations
