Hr Business Partner

Our Public Sector Client is looking for an experienced HR Busimess Partner.

Temp to Perm. Part Time. Hybrid.

Job Summary:

1. To provide an effective professional HR management service including the provision of quality employment law advice to ensure Council compliance with current legislation, policies and procedures. Taking dedicated responsibility for allocated departments and providing cover support to departments allocated to the other HR Advisers. Rotating responsibility for individual departments as required.
2. To work with unit managers and staff to provide HR input on current operational and employee relations issues
3. To manage special projects to support the achievement of corporate objectives including organisational change, taking into account employment law, Council policy and employee relations requirements.
