About the HR Business Partner role:
As our HR Business Partner (UK & Europe), you will be responsible for providing a broad spectrum of HR services and support, whilst partnering with a range of managers and teams across the UK & European businesses. A key aspect of this role will be to form strong professional relationships and be able to balance and prioritise the needs of the UK & European businesses with implementing proactive HR initiatives.
This position will work closely with the UK and European businesses, in conjunction with the HR Director, to deliver on key SC Johnson Professional HR processes and individual projects.
The key responsibilities of our HR Business Partner will include:
Partnering and providing support for key HR activities that are implemented across Europe. This includes common Talent management processes, Management Succession and Development, individual Development Plans, annual reward, and Merit processes. Co-ordinating communication, and tracking of our key processes, and then supporting at an individual level, so that the quality of leadership skills and the employee engagement are improved. Optimising our use of new Workday system, so that awareness and best practice can be delivered to create a good quality solution. Supporting with diversity and inclusion, processes, and training. Supporting the Employee opinion survey action plans, and engagement activities. Other projects and activities that support the European HR Team. Previous experience / knowledge required of our HR Business Partner:
Experience working with all levels in a commercially focussed organisation Previous experience of providing high quality HR support to field/ remotely based teams Experience of working in a manufacturing and fast paced environment Competencies, behaviors and aptitudes required of our HR Business Partner:
