About the Role
As an HR Business Partner, you'll collaborate closely with business leaders to implement and embed our people proposition. You'll play a vital role in driving talent management, employee engagement, and organisational development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders to align organisational plans with our people strategy
- Provide coaching and mentoring to managers to enhance their skills and knowledge
- Identify skill gaps and develop internal talent pipelines
- Lead HR initiatives including talent management, change management, and employee engagement
- Resolve employee relations issues and promote effective line management
- Build strong relationships with managers and senior leaders across the organisation
- Drive HR agenda for talent planning, performance management, and employee relations
- Analyse organisational development initiatives and make recommendations
The Ideal Candidate
- Previous experience as an HR Business Partner
- Proven track record in a dynamic environment
- Willingness to travel nationally (up to 3/4 days per week)
- CIPD Level 5 qualification
