Are you seeking a new and exciting HR challenge? Working in a busy, varied, HR Business Partner title you will be the key point of contact for all HR related responsibilities. As part of a developing team and company this is a highly sort after role and opportunity!
The responsibilities of the HR Business Partner include:
Creating and developing annual talent development plans
See through the implementation of strategic talent
Working with the HR team to ensure all HR processes ensuring they are implemented and reviewed
Enhancing processes for the UK Team
Getting involved with audits including Compliance and Payroll
Project work within the HR Department
Working in partnership with the Head of department to ensure tasks are met
Liaising internally on a daily basis with general HR queries supporting where necessary
The ideal HR Business Partner will:
Have the ability and passion to work independently as well as part of a team
Have excellent communication skills with a personable, 'can do' attitude!
Have over 5 years experience in a similar title
Be CIPD qualified or equivalent would be highly beneficial
