Anna Freud has been going through a period of transformation. Following the launch of a new Corporate Strategy in 2022, the organisation has set a series of goals with the aim of closing the gaps in mental health and wellbeing of children and young people. One of the key strategic goals is to transform our organisation, through the way we work and how we look after our people.

Our People and Culture services were reviewed, and we have begun the process of building a team that can provide professional HR support to managers, promote wellbeing, review and improve engagement and establish a learning culture.

We are now recruiting twoHR Business Partners (HRBPs) to join the People and Culture team. The HR Business Partner’s role will involve meeting regularly with Executive Directors and Senior Managers to understand the services we provide. In this way we can develop effective people-related policies, processes and solutions that are aligned with the business objectives. The HRBPs also work in collaboration with the wider People and Culture team, including HR Operations, Organisational Development and Recruitment, to deliver joined up people services.

We are looking for individuals with experience of developing and implementing policy and who have a sound knowledge of UK employment legislation and best practice. They must have the ability to coach senior leaders and successfully build credibility and influence at all levels within the organisation.

Location

Hybrid working (a mixture of onsite and home/remote working). Staff are working onsite for at least 20% of their working hours, either at our London site (4-8 Rodney Street, London N1 9JH) or our Northern Hub (Huckletree, The Express Building, 9 Great Ancoats Street, Manchester M4 5AD).

Contract duration

Permanent.
