About the RoleAs the Senior HR Business Partner for your client groups, a key facilitator and a driver of change, you will work in partnership with the business to define and deliver strategic people solutions aligned to business priorities. A trusted and experienced Business Partner, you bring commercial and pragmatic thinking and extensive HR expertise to your role as trusted advisor to senior business leaders.
In this role, you can expect to get involved in a variety of work including
Working in close partnership with our HR CoEs, you'll be responsible for delivering well thought through people solutions aligned to business strategy and focused on employee experience. You'll lead on the design, development and delivery of your client groups' People Plans in partnership with business leaders and HR CoEs. Using data insights to facilitate decision-making, set priorities and measure results. You'll deliver key HR cyclical activity for your client groups (e.g performance cycle) in partnership with the business, ensuring outcomes are in line with firmwide strategy.

Strong relationship development skills and client service approach, bringing credibility and influence to senior business stakeholders through confident demonstration of expertise.
Proven track record of driving forward an HR agenda in line with business strategy from diagnostic through to designing and delivering solutions.
Strong HR and business acumen, able to display a commercial and pragmatic approach. Able to talk 'business' not 'just HR'.
