I'm delighted to be partnering with a Leading Professional Services Organisation to recruit a HR Business Partner, on a 12 month FTC. Reporting into the HR Director, you will have a real impact on the HR agenda. They are going through a period of transformational change to support their ambitious growth plans, so there may be further opportunities for the right candidate.
You will be a trusted partner for your business area, working with Partners and Leaders to improved organisational performance, ensuring they have the right talent, capability, and people experience.
Use people related MI to draw insight and identify and implement actions that drive business performance and improve the people experience
Lead on strategic initiatives relating to talent management, and diversity and inclusion
Leading on salary bench marking activities, from job evaluation to survey submission, utilising the resulting salary survey data to shape and inform the firm's reward practices and pay structures, providing compensation and salary insights and analytics to key stakeholders
Leading on cyclical reward activities including the annual pay review and gender pay reporting, working closely with key stakeholders to ensure that pay decisions are appropriate.
Working closely with the Partner lead for Inclusion & Diversity on maintaining and implementing the strategy in this area, working with the related employee working group and reporting regularly on progress
Contribute to policy reviews and make recommendations for improvement (supporting employee engagement initiatives).
Working closely with Resourcing colleagues to inform workforce planning and ensure strategic recruitment needs are understood and met.
Profile
As the HR Business partner you will:
- Be CIPD qualified
- Have excellent Employment law and HR practice knowledge
- Have experience of developing and implementing reward solutions
- Lead on strategic initiatives relating to talent management, and diversity and inclusion.
- Ideally have strong reward experience, particularly in the areas of salary bench marking, working with salary surveys, leading on annual pay reviews and Willis Towers Watson methodology.
