We are currently searching for a talented and driven individual to join the Worth School HR Team on a fixed term appointment for a minimum of 2 years, to deliver the Support Staff Terms and Conditions Project. The role holder will be responsible for the effective day to day implementation of this project, ensuring that project deliverables are achieved and stakeholder engagement is maintained. Reporting to the Head of HR you will act as a change agent and be pivotal in driving forward the Support Staff Terms & Conditions Project.
Responsibilities would include but are not limited to:
- Providing day to day project management of the Support Staff Terms and Conditions project.
- Reviewing existing Terms and Conditions, and consulting with key stakeholders on options for improvement.
- Designing and delivering appropriate options/elements, completing cost modelling on proposals.
- Consulting with stakeholders on proposals and obtaining management signoff.
- Leading on the collective and individual consultation.
- Implementing new offerings, ensuring systems are amended/updated accordingly.
- Ensuring an appropriate communications strategy is in place to maintain employee engagement.
From time to time you will be required to support the wider Human Resources function with business as usual activities.
