THE ROLE
Partners with assigned client groups, acting as HRBP to Business unit leaders. Contributes to business outcomes by effectively implementing talent strategies. Supports Business unit leaders through HR programmes, including performance management, talent assessment and development. Supports alignment with HR COE teams and influences HR priorities based on business unit strategy and objectives.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Provides support to Sr HRBP & HRBP team in implementation of talent strategies for relevant business units
- Produces required materials and data to team, anticipates requirements based on established processes
- Collaborates with HR COE teams to maintain and enhance HR systems, processes and materials
- Partners with HRBP team to assist in design & implementation of HR solutions across enterprise, and or assigned business units.
- Has awareness of business unit strategy & objectives
- Articulates HR policy and process to business unit managers, supports business understanding and application. Generates ideas to enhance and improve HR solutions to meet business unit needs
- Demonstrates inclusive behavior , seeks out diverse perspectives and contributes to an environment of open communication
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- 0-2 + years Human Resources experience.
- Operational experience in HR providing service to employees and managers.
- Ability to work with employees at all levels.
- Independent problems solver who presents solutions and takes initiative.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work with data, through Microsoft & HR systems
