Hr Business Partner

My client is recruiting 3 HR Business Partners to join their HR team on a permanent basis to support the organisation\'s growth and expansion within their HR team located in their Newcastle Office. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR Advisor or HR Business Partner who wants to feel part of an organisation and not a number.

Your new role
Within your new role, you will work within the People team supporting all stakeholders by providing advice and guidance on a wide range of HR activities. You will be at the forefront of coaching managers on the organisations\' people policies and ensuring they follow best practise.
Other responsibilities include:
* Monitoring absence trends as well as overseeing the data reporting while analysing any trends to report on dashboards
* Building relationships with internal stakeholders
* Developing training material to help upskill managers
* Overseeing complex ER case management
* Providing advice, guidance and coaching to managers and line managers on HR processes and policies
* Managing absence and performance management across the organisation
What you\'ll need to succeed
To be successful, you will need to be able to demonstrate experience in the following:
* Up-to-date knowledge of Employment law and HR best practise
* Experience working within a HR Generalist role previously
* Able to manage complex ER cases
* Confident using Microsoft packages
* You will have the ability to conduct difficult and sensitive conversations
* CIPD Qualified or working towards
