I am delighted to be supporting a not-for-profit organisation on the recruitment of a Junior HR Business Partner to join their organisation on a permanent basis. This role is suitable for an HR Officer who is looking for the next step within their career to develop further within HR.
You will be part of a wider HR Team working closely with the HR Business Partner on a wide range of HR Activities; providing advice and guidance on HR matters, ensuring policy and procedures are updated in line with current legislation and being the first point of contact within HR.
Your new role
Within your new role you will be involved within a wide range of HR activities, supporting health and wellbeing, systems management, recruitment and day to day general HR.
Responsibilities include:
- Providing advice and guidance on general HR issues, being the first point of contact within the HR team
- Working alongside the HR Business Partner on Employee Relations cases; Performance Management, attendance management (other people-related issues)
- Involved with the adhoc project work alongside the wider HR team, supporting implementation and development of HR Projects
- Supporting the HR Assistant on pre-employment checks
To be successful within this role, you will require experience in the following:
- Experience working within an HR function previously
- CIPD L.3 or equivalent
- Knowledge of Employment law and HR Best practice
- Experience providing support across a range of HR activities (recruitment, on-onboarding, rewards & benefits, Employee Relations and performance / absence management)
