At Gregory Distribution Ltd, we have a vacancy for aHR Business Partnerbased at our Shepton Mallet Depot.
The position will involve:
- Work closely with the business to deliver HR solutions to support our staff whilst keeping an eye on business performance and objectives.
- Work closely with your assigned business areas to identify upcoming risks and opportunities.
- Implement and lead on HR Projects from start to end and link in with other departments across the business whilst liaising with the Head of HR. Projects can include mobilisation, demobilisation, relocations, changes to T&Cs, redundancy, TUPE, etc.
- Scope of cases will include Disciplinary, Grievance, Employment Tribunals, Absence Management, AWOL, Company Initiatives, Annual Events including salary review and PDR support, etc.
- Support the Head of HR Operations in delivering to businesses strategic objectives.
- Proactive and collaborative working with all areas of the wider HR functions.
- Deliver training, coaching and upskilling line managers.
- Interpret and develop HR policies, procedures and processes.
- Work with the Head of HR in identifying areas of continuous improvement.
