Sodexo Health and Care are recruiting a site-based HR Business Partner for the Queens Hospital in Romford for a 9-month fixed term period.As a HR Professional working on site at The Queens Hospital you’ll have a positive impact on ensuring our people processes are maintained to the highest standard.You will be responsible for providing an effective, efficient and professional HR service to the business, working closely with the Operations team. You belong in a team where you can act with purpose and thrive in your own way.MAIN RESPONSIBILITIESImplementation of the national HR strategy and agendaUsing HR metrics to drive organisational performance across the business Built strong relations with client and Trade Union representatives.  Participate in joint consultation committees. Leading on organisational changes and mobilisations, as and when requiredResponsible for the site compliance for recruitment including RTW, DBS and Occupational HealthLead on local complex ER matters including providing appropriate solutions Design and deliver coaching solutions to line managersBe an advocate for equality, diversity and inclusionDeliver on the resourcing and retention site agenda in conjunction with the national agendaTo continuously monitor and ensure labour targets are met within specified timeframes and recommend appropriate interventions to support operationsDevelop and maintain strong working relationship with Central HR Advisory and People CentreImprove implementation of HR policy, procedures and initiatives across your business through effective communication, coaching and implementation of processes with line managers, resulting in fewer ETsTHE IDEAL CANDIDATEYou will be CIPD qualified and have substantial HR generalist experience with a particular focus on Employee Relations, engagement and wellbeing.
