**6 Month FTC - Junior HR Business Partner in Weymouth - To start ASAP!!**

I am exclusively working with a well-known client in Weymouth, who is looking for a HR Business Partner to join their HR team on a 6 month fixed-term contract.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- You will be responsible for partnering with senior leaders and managers across the organisation providing advice and guidance on all aspects of HR, such as organisational design, employee engagement, talent management, performance management, employee relations, learning and development, reward and recognition, and diversity and inclusion.
- You will also ensure alignment with the organisational strategy and objectives.
- Working closely with the SMT Team and line Mangers to ensure a streamlined approach within the organisation with all employees.
- Develop, change and implement the company's policies and procedures.
- Delivering presentations/in house training as and when required to employees and Managers
Key Skills:
- CIPD Level 5 (or studying towards)
- A strong knowledge of current employment legislation and best practices
- At least 2 years experience as an ER Specialist/HRBP
