My client, a multinational organisation based in Poole is seeking an HR Business Partner with an ER focus to join their HR Team of 6.
Reporting into the Head of HR, Duties include:
- Actively promote a good culture of HR people management activities by maintaining high visibility and relationship-building throughout the organisation
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge on employment law and legislative changes
- Work within organisational policies and procedures, contracts of employment and supporting documentation
- Act as case manager across the full spectrum of ER activity and ensure all written representations are clear, concise and accurate
- Identify solutions to challenging ER issues and present potential options and ways forward for consideration
- Undertake coaching and mentoring activities where appropriate
- Assist and actively support the management of cases presented to Employment Tribunal
- Participate and contribute to the development of constructive working relationships and a team-working culture
- Make effective use of all HR systems, databases and processes for workforce data storage and retrieval
- Facilitate achievement of business goals by closely working alongside business leaders and Head of HR to ensure a flexible approach and an efficient delivery of a high performing HR service
The ideal candidate will:
- Be Level 5 or 7 CIPD Qualified
- Have strong Employee Relations management experience
- Have Stakeholder Management experience
