Our client, one of the fastest growing media networks in the UK is seeking a HR consultant to cover a 12-month maternity leave. This role will be sat within the UK and international HR team and be responsible for several HR projects across the business.
Duties will include:
- Assist with different HRIS implementation projects.
- Identify training needs across the business.
- Create training documentation.
- Perform system testing.
- Troubleshoot basic system and technical issues.
- Prepare monthly reporting.
- Generates ad hoc reports: extracts data, create formulas, combine/transform data as needed.
