This is a hands-on role with the HR Data Lead to manage the Data workstream and perform the actual data tasks including specific mapping and converting data.
- Proven experience in managing end-to-end HR data process from planning to deployment within a project environment.
- Experience hands-on data analysis skills including mapping data fields from one HR and Payroll system to another.
- Data mapping skills and understand HR and Payroll data patterns and how to translate the data.
- Expert in MS Excel on modifying large portion of data.
- The ability to plan and provide the right approaches to data transfer during the test phase then onto cutover.
- Experience masking data.
Desirable Skills:
- Experience with Sage People and Sage Payroll
