Hours – open to 3,4 or 5 days per week.
Currently delivering well respected work within their field, our client is involved in raising, managing and deploying charitable funds.
At a pivotal point in their development as an organisation, following a strategy refresh, they recognise that to continue to develop, grow and ensure impact as an organisation they would benefit from undertaking a review of their current business model. With a focus on ‘future proofing’ themselves, you will lead a review into key areas of their work, assessing how they can build a flexible and sustainable financial model, developing recommendations and implementing findings.
To be successful in this role you will need:
- Substantial leadership/CEO experience including as an interim – able to work at pace and grasp business challenges quickly
- An understanding, if not personal experience, of raising and deploying charitable funds
- Experience in leading an organisation and team through change - able to example the business case for change and support the SMT, wider team and Board through the process.
- Commercially minded with strong financial acumen - pragmatic and innovative in approach; outcomes focussed.
- Supportive, empathetic and empowering leadership style - able to support, advise and lead from a people, financial and governance perspective.
