Hr Insight Lead

Our client is looking for a HR Insight Lead to work on a long term contract outside IR35
Applicants must be able to demonstrate the following experience:
The HR Insight Lead will review all HR systems across the client and develop current the current Systems which are in place
Lead and manage team of people. Advise, coach and build capability within the team
Produce MI, reporting
Oracle Fusion experience
Public Sector, Government, or Defence experience
SC clearance
Location: Hybrid - Travel to Milton Keynes is required 3 days a week
Outside IR35
