Skills & Experience:
- Previous experience in HR management is essential
- CIPD Level 5 is advantageous but not essential
- Strong understanding of UK employment law
- Strong IT skills, MS Excel, Outlook and Word
- A people person, who enjoys supporting and working with staff
Duties:
- Overseeing recruitment, onboarding and offboarding processes
- Ensuring monthly payroll updates are communicated to finance
- Manage employees performance , behaviour, absence
- Reviewing and coordinating health and safety across branches
- Advising and supporting the management team
