We're actively seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to enhance our HR function. This role is an exciting opportunity to contribute proactively to our organisation's success and support various departments in executing generalist HR duties. The position is full-time, on-site in Cambridge, with flexible options of 4 or 5 days a week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Salary and Payroll: Ensure accurate and timely processing.
- Recruitment: Drive efficient and effective recruitment processes.
- Starters and Leavers: Manage onboarding and offboarding procedures.
- Absence Management: Implement and oversee absence policies.
- Employee Relations: Foster a positive and collaborative workplace.
- Learning and Development: Support employee growth and skill development.
- Policies and Procedures: Maintain and update HR policies.
Key Skills:
- Up-to-date knowledge of employment law and legislation.
- HR Generalist business partnering experience.
- Change management expertise with a change-oriented mindset.
- Strong task management skills with assertiveness and efficiency.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and database management.
Qualifications:
- CIPD Level 5 qualification.
- 2-3 years of experience in HR Business Partner or HR Manager roles.
