We are looking for an experienced generalist HR Manager who is hands–on and looking to join a well–established company with a true people–centred approach. You will be working in a stand alone role and it is a fantastic opportunity to be a trusted confidant, providing the company with expertise and support to ensure they are compliant with employment laws and regulations.
You will be responsible for a variety of areas of HR including:
People strategy and development Benefits and pay reviews Internal communications Onboarding and offboarding Employee recognition Payroll administration Employee relations and employment law To be successful in this role, you must have a related qualification and/or relevant experience working within HR.
