Our client is seeking to recruit an HR consultant to join a busy HR consultancy based in Tunbridge Wells (2-3 days from home). People are the business - they provide a one-stop shop to employers providing HR consultancy, commercial and employment law advice, HR support and Wellbeing solutions. We are looking for an HR professional who is CIPD qualified (level 5 or 7) with a strong ER background and hands-on experience. Ideally, you will have experience in HR consulting, otherwise, you will need recent experience in managing multiple client groups and providing transactional and operational HR support on a day-to-day basis. You will work proactively with CEOs, MDs, Trustees and Business owners to build and develop strong working relationships and to understand their HR needs, exploring solutions and identifying the level and type of support required to meet their business needs whilst identifying added value and cross-selling opportunities across the group.
