Human Resources Manager
Contract: Permanent

Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 DOE

Location: Preston Docks - hybrid with regional travel

Hours: Mon - Fri, office hours. 10 - 3 (core hours)

Interview: 2 stages - 1 virtual, 1 F2F

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dedicated and enthusiastic HR Manager. The successful candidate will have the chance to work closely with a supportive senior leadership team, in a standalone role that offers numerous responsibilities. This position requires a motivated and positive individual who will report directly to the Operations and Finance Director.

What you'll do:

As a Human Resources Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our organisation. You will be responsible for producing detailed monthly data for individual sites and cost centres, creating an overarching consolidated monthly management reporting system. Your role will also involve reviewing current organisational structures, ensuring they are fit for purpose and align with our strategic goals. Confidentiality is paramount in this role, as you will be handling sensitive information on a regular basis.

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for this HR Manager position will bring a wealth of skills and experience to the table. You should hold a minimum CIPD level 3 qualification with at least two years' experience under your belt. Your ability to work independently in a standalone role will be key, as well as your strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Excellent interpersonal skills are essential as you'll be working closely with our senior leadership team.
