We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Manager for a FTC. This role will be fully based on site with the flexibility of working 4 or 5 days per week.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the HR team and ensuring the delivery of an effective HR service that meets both operational and strategic business needs.
Key Responsibilities & Tasks:
- Manage the HR team and day-to-day activities
- Ensure the delivery of an appropriate generalist HR service
- Ensure compliance with legal procedures and relevant Government Acts
- Handle higher-level disciplinary, grievance, and performance management cases
- Review pay structures and employee benefit schemes
- Support managers and directors with departmental/operational needs
- Support and manage the delivery of HR projects and improvement initiatives
- Lead HR audits, internally and externally
- Lead succession planning, talent management, job evaluation, and grading
Professional Responsibilities Training and Development:
- Take responsibility for own training and development
- Participate in the annual performance review process
- Attend all relevant mandatory training as required
Person Specification Experience & Person Specification:
- CIPD qualified up to or including Level 7 or qualified by experience
- Educated to a high level including strong English and Maths
- Working knowledge of employment law and relevant Government Acts
- Experience advising and coaching others in all HR matters
- Strong ability to impact, influence, and persuade others
- Ability to build strong, credible relationships at all levels
