About the Job:

An opportunity has arisen for a HR Manager to join us at The Carlton Tower Jumeirah. The main duties and responsibilities of this role are:

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the HR team to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.
  • Identify training and development needs and coordinate appropriate programs to enhance team skills and capabilities.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies for attracting and retaining top talent.
  • Proactively address employee concerns and grievances, fostering a culture of open communication and mutual respect.
  • Implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
  • Oversee the performance management process, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and development planning.
  • Ensure fairness and consistency in the application of performance management policies and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Assist the Associate Director HR in various strategic initiatives, projects, and administrative tasks as needed.

About you:

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

  • Proven experience in human resources management
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a high-performing team.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organization.
  • Thorough knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and best practices.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
