Key Responsibilities:
- Pragmatic Leadership: We're seeking a hands-on HR Manager with a pragmatic approach to drive effective people management strategies.

- Champion of Talent: Spearhead recruitment initiatives to attract, assess, and onboard top talent. Your experience in talent acquisition will be instrumental.
- Experience with Challenging Staff: Navigate and resolve challenging staff situations with finesse, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Learning & Development: Implement and oversee Learning and Development programs to nurture the skills and growth of our employees.
- Reporting to CEO: As the HR Manager, you will be a strategic partner, reporting directly to the CEO and providing insights that contribute to our overall business strategy.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an HR Manager, demonstrating a strong background in employee relations, talent management, and L&D.
