HR Manager required for leading legal firm in Gloucester paying circa £45,000.
As HR Manager for our client your role will involve supporting the HR strategy for the firm across its 5 offices, overseeing all HR related administrative tasks. Reporting directly to the CEO and 4 Directors you will be supporting the HR team on general HR related matters and ensuring that confidentiality is maintained at all times.
As HR Manager for the company your role will involve:
- developing and delivering the annual HR plan which drives employee engagement
- clarifying the resource requirements with Head of Departments and then working with the HR team to deliver on these requirements
- monitor and review terms and conditions of employment and HR policies and implement changes where necessary
- ensuring the HR information system is updated with regards to holiday entitlement, starter/leavers/sickness pay etc
- assisting with the annual renewals of both certificates and insurance's
- preparing reports for monthly management meetings
To be considered for the HR Managers role you will need:
- previous experience gained within a law firm
- HR related degree/qualification
- be prepaid to undergo a basic DBS check
Our client is ideally looking for someone that can work full time hours but will consider applications from candidates looking for 4 rather than 5 days. This is also a hybrid role but the number of days out of the office will need to be agreed with the senior management team.
