Are you an experienced HR Manager looking for a new challenge?
We are looking for an experienced generalist HR Manager who is hands-on and looking to join a well-established company with a true people-centred approach. You will be working in a stand alone role and it is a fantastic opportunity to be a trusted confidant, providing the company with expertise and support to ensure they are compliant with employment laws and regulations.
You will be responsible for a variety of areas of HR including:
* People strategy and development
* Benefits and pay reviews
* Internal communications
* Onboarding and offboarding
* Employee recognition
* Payroll administration
* Employee relations and employment law
To be successful in this role, you must have a related qualification and/or relevant experience working within HR.
You will also need:
* Excellent communication skills
* People management skills, ability to maintain confidentiality
* The ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise
* Strong values focus
* Commercially aware with a growth mindset
* Able to work with a variety of stakeholders across the business
