A wonderful HR opportunity is now available in the High Wycombe area for a global fitness, wellness and health organization.
My client is looking for an experienced HR Manager initially on a part time basis (20-25 hours) to form part of the senior management team. My client aims to make the strongest possible contribution to improvements in human health. They believe in community and collaboration with a focus delivering quality products and services to the health and wellness industry.
Reporting to the Managing Director, the HR Manager will be joining at an exciting phase of growth. This is a standalone role where you will have primary responsibility for the day-to-day management of the HR function including recruitment with a particular focus on guiding and advising the senior leadership team and people managers on HR matters, and executing people-focused policies, programs and processes.
Person Profile
Ideally you will be hold a degree in Human Resources Management and / or be CIPD qualified with a proven background in HR management. Experience working as a standalone HR practitioner in a SME business will be a good 'fit' along with excellent influencing and general communication abilities.
Resilient, determined, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, and changing environment is a must!
With a "hands on" approach to business right across the organization, an ability to pro-actively manage multi-level stakeholder relationships (internal and external) is business critical. Only really committed team players should apply!
