MTrec’s New Client Opportunity
Our client is a successful and established company based in Ashington. They are currently looking for a HR Officer to join their team on a fixed term contract for six months. If you meet the person specification for the role, please apply below. This is a part time role working 20 - 28 hours per week.
The Role you will be Doing
- HR Strategy and Planning
- HR Policy and Compliance
- Recruitment and Onboarding
- Employee Relations
- Performance Management & Employee Engagement
- HR Data and Reporting
- Training and Development
- Payroll (Purely preparation and supply of data needed by finance team to process payroll)
- IT Support (Coordinating and facilitating IT support for the business)
- Legal support (Checking through contracts, terms, and conditions etc)
- General Affairs & Administration
About You
- Previous HR experience at either Advisor or Officer level.
- CIPD Level 5 is desirable but not essential
- Experience of working with and developing employee handbooks, policies, and procedures.
- Experience of working with HR systems.
- Excellent Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook skills.
- Accuracy and good attention to detail.
- Professional approach to work, respecting confidentiality
- Ability to effectively work in changing environment, using your naturally strong communication and listening skills.
