Key Skills/Responsibilities:
- Supporting the recruitment process by helping to write job specifications and job descriptions, preparation of offers of employment and carrying out new starter inductions
- Help manage talent and succession planning, working closely with managers
- Assistance with probation reviews and annual performance reviews
- Providing support on sensitive employee relation issues
- Utilising HR management systems and keeping data accurate

Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications
- Qualified to an A Level standard or equivalent
- Previous experience dealing with recruitment (Screening CVs, working with agencies and conducting interviews)
- Dealing with people management and complex employee issues
