 Are you ready for an exciting challenge? We have an opening for a Human Resources Officer within our HR team. As a key player, you’ll provide comprehensive and expert HR support and guidance to both managers and employees across a spectrum of HR matters and casework. Additionally, you’ll actively contribute to HR-related initiatives and projects, including the ongoing implementation of our new Payroll and HR system, Civica.

What you’ll bring:

• Practical expertise: With significant hands-on experience, you’ll be well-versed in various HR activities, from recruitment to absence management, disciplinary procedures, grievance handling, performance management and analysis of management information
• Effective communication: You’ll confidently and credibly engage with colleagues at all organisational levels, ensuring clear and concise communication
• Calm under pressure: You’ll manage a diverse workload, working closely with team colleagues
• Collaboration: You’ll foster a collaborative spirit, contributing to our collective success
