Your new company
You will be working for a nationwide logistics business based in Staffordshire as a HR Officer, specialising in change and organisational development.
Your new role
You will be the face of change within projects, assisting individuals to maintain motivation and morale whilst ensuring that timelines, legislation and best practices are adhered to. The role is fast-paced, and you will be required to be a self-starter whilst ensuring that effective organisational skills and attention to detail is maintained at all times.

• Assist in the implementation of specific HR projects.
• Actively participate in management meetings to ensure that people\'s issues are considered.
• Form collaborative and influential relationships with HR colleagues, employees and union representatives.
• Manage wider communication to employees and managers, achieving clarity over received messages by giving clear explanations in a group or personal meetings.
• Be an effective project planner for large-scale goals.
• Influence others to work alongside with credibility and good interpersonal relationships.
• Provide expert HR advice and guidance to managers and staff on HR matters on site.
• Be an SME in change programmes and support with best practice and pragmatic approaches.
• Proactively support in the delivery of HR processes.
• Ensure you and your team are aware of, adhere to and remain compliant with Good Distributions.

What you\'ll need to succeed
Previous experience in a similar role is essential, you will be at least CIPD L3 qualified. You will be a resilient HR professional who has experience in large scale change programmes.
What you\'ll get in return
This role is a fixed term contract which is expected to last between 6-12 Months. The salary for this post is £40,000. Working hours are Monday-Friday, standard 9:00-17:00 with some flexability. You will be required to be on site in Stoke, 2/3 days per week.
