Your New Role
Within your new role as HR Officer, you will support the Director of People and Culture to deliver the strategic people plan and oversee the day-to-day HR operations.
As HR Officer, you will support with a range of generalist HR responsibilities including Recruitment & Onboarding, Absense Management, Coaching & Training of staff, ER Casework Management (up to complex), HR Data and MI Management and HR project support.
To be a success within this role, it is essential you can build strong working relationships with staff at all levels, paired with the ability to provide guidance and advice, always ensuring accurate up to date knowledge of current employment laws.
What You Will Need
- Minimum 2 years' experience working in a generalist HR role at a similar level.
- Experience managing Employee Relations Cases.
- Strong Employment Law Knowledge.
- Excellent communication skills including, note taking skills, relationship building, and stakeholder management.
- Experience in an Education setting (Desirable).
