Job Title: School HR Officer
Location: Liverpool
Contract Type: 12-month fixed term contract
Salary: 32,000+ per annum
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Officer to join my clients team at a high school in Liverpool. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing HR support to the school's staff and management team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day supply agency cover on site
- Establish and maintain relationships with preferred agency suppliers.
- Provide HR advice and support to the school's staff and management team.
- Manage the recruitment process for new staff members.
- Ensure compliance with employment law and regulations.
- Maintain accurate HR records and databases.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Provide guidance on employee relations issues.
- Support the school's senior leadership team in the development and implementation of HR strategies.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 1 years' experience in a similar role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience in the education sector.
