Job Title: School HR Officer
Location: Liverpool
Contract Type: 12-month fixed term contract
Salary: 32,000+ per annum
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Officer to join my clients team at a high school in Liverpool. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing HR support to the school's staff and management team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day supply agency cover on site
• Establish and maintain relationships with preferred agency suppliers.
• Provide HR advice and support to the school's staff and management team.
• Manage the recruitment process for new staff members.
• Ensure compliance with employment law and regulations.
• Maintain accurate HR records and databases.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
• Provide guidance on employee relations issues.
• Support the school's senior leadership team in the development and implementation of HR strategies.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 1 years' experience in a similar role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience in the education sector.
