Description
- Leading and managing the HR Operations team to deliver a high-quality HR service.
- Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures in line with the university's strategic goals.
- Overseeing the recruitment, selection and on-boarding processes.
- Managing employee relations, including handling grievances and disciplinary issues.
- Ensuring compliance with employment law and university policies.
- Providing HR advice and guidance to managers and staff.
- Managing the HR information system and ensuring data integrity.
- Contributing to the development of HR strategy and initiatives.
Profile
A successful HR Operations Manager should have:
- A degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- CIPD qualification or equivalent.
- Extensive experience in HR operations management.
- Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
- Excellent leadership and previous team management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in HR information systems.
