An exciting opportunity has arisen for an efficient HR Operations Manager to lead and manage the HR Operations team at a prominent university. The successful candidate will ensure that the HR service meets the needs of the university, making a significant contribution to the achievement of its strategic objectives.

They are now looking for a HR Operations Manager on a 9 month FTC (till October 2024).

Description

• Leading and managing the HR Operations team to deliver a high-quality HR service.
• Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures in line with the university's strategic goals.
• Overseeing the recruitment, selection and on-boarding processes.
• Managing employee relations, including handling grievances and disciplinary issues.
• Ensuring compliance with employment law and university policies.
• Providing HR advice and guidance to managers and staff.
• Managing the HR information system and ensuring data integrity.
• Contributing to the development of HR strategy and initiatives.

Profile

A successful HR Operations Manager should have:

• A degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• CIPD qualification or equivalent.
• Extensive experience in HR operations management.
• Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
• Excellent leadership and previous team management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in HR information systems.
