The Candidate
Essential
While my client are open in terms of levels of experience, they are insisting on candidates who come from the Private Equity sector or a similar environment and that they have demonstrated stability in their career. As well as Private Equity this also would include
- Venture Capital,
- Private Debt / Credit
- Hedge Fund,
- Alternative Investment,
- Investment Management,
- Fin Tech.
- Asset Management.
The candidate must have a minimum of 3 years experience in one of these sectors although 4 -5 is probably ideal. 7 + years is probably already being paid more than the £55k - £70k base salary being offered.
Strongly Desired
CIPD Level 5 or relevant Bachelors Degree
Work Day experience
Project management / implementation experience.
Understanding of ACAS codes of practice
This role will be on average 4 days in the office and 1 working from home although the right candidate will know when working from home is ok and whether it isn't
