Role Profile
Our clients primary task is to deal with complaints stemming from financial disputes between consumers and business's. Due to a huge increase in demand, they're seeking an established HR Project Manager to fulfil a role on a contract basis.
Key Responsibilities & Skills Required:
- Experience in and around Organisational Design and having the foresight to ascertain the size and shape of the business in the coming years
- Background in terms of Agile working
- Extensive experience with Workforce Planning, in particular looking at the recruitment cycle on the basis of a drastic increase in demand
- Demonstrable stakeholder engagement skills as a pivotal point of this role would be facilitating workshops with senior leaders
- A real sense of resiliency and have the ability to challenge stakeholders as and when required in addition to being adaptable to change
- A background in Public Sector/Central Governance would be beneficial
- A generalist background and having a broad range of skills and knowledge across a variety of areas
- A strong background in Governance would be preferable
The permanent hybrid policy will require the successful candidate to work at least four days across a fortnight in the office.
