We are working with a national business compliance company based in Hinckley, that offers expert advice on HR, Employment Law and Health & Safety to more than 14,000 businesses across the UK.
They are currently looking for an individual to join their HR Sales Support team. This is a role that offers basic salary plus commission, and is a fantastic opportunity to join a dedicated, hard-working team and advance your career.
About the job:
In this role you be supporting Business Development Managers in their sales meetings, and speaking to business owners across the UK. You will be aiming to showcase the services that the business provides to the smaller businesses you interact with, as well as highlighting any options they might have once they have been secured as a client. This is a unique and varied role, as you will be speaking to all sorts of people running all sorts of businesses, and supporting the sales team.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
- Participating in sales meetings with Business Development Managers via telephone or video call, and supporting with any HR advice required as part of the process before, during and after the appointment
- Providing initial HR guidance on any live issues the small business might have, in order to showcase and demonstrate the value of the service that the company provides
- Ensuring you have up to date HR knowledge
- Developing positive working relationships and maintaining proactive contact with BDMs and Telesales Executives in relation to potential clients for the business
- Logging all advice accurately onto the system and keeping it regularly updated
- Taking ownership for handing cases over to the HR Advisor team and ensuring the case is handled in line with any initial advice given
- Reviewing client documents and providing advice accordingly
- Participating and delivering internal company training and legal updates to ensure the advice you provide is best in class and compliant at all times
