HR School Administrator
Are you an experienced HR Administrator in the Corby area with a background working in a school environment or similar?
You'll be providing an effective Human Resources administration service within the advice and guidance team, in an efficient, professional, effective, and timely manner supporting the HR team.
Aspire People are currently recruiting for HR School Administrators to work in the Corby area. It is advantageous that applicants have some HR school administration experience and be proficient on SIMS. However, applicants with strong HR administration experience in a similar sector will also be considered, but you must have the drive and enthusiasm to learn new skills and be able adapt quickly.
You must also be willing to work on a temporary basis and work between the hours of 8:00a.m. - 4:30p.m. There will be full time and part time positions available throughout the School year, which run for varying lengths of time.
There may also be an opportunity to move to a permanent contract within the Schools, although this is not guaranteed.
As a School HR Administrator your day to day responsibilities will include but not limited to:
« Ensuring new starters are set up with inductions and logins
« Answering phones and taking messages
« Typing of letters and memos
« Filing, faxing and photocopying
« Managing the HR inbox
« Administering onboarding; offer letters, employment checks etc
« Supporting the HR Officer with a range of generalist HR work

« Outgoing and have a friendly personality
You will be supported by me, Sarah Grimes. I am Aspire People's Office & Technical consultant for the Northamptonshire and Cambridgeshire areas.
